Though it’s nearly 8 months old, this early Spring release from Merrill Garbus’ project tUnE-yArDs, with its joyous beat and colorful, eccentric video is still one of our favorites from this year.

Earlier this year we witnessed Chiddy Bang’s MC (real name Chidera) break the Guinness World Record for longest freestyle at the first ever MTV O Music Awards, and now it looks like the group is finally gearing up to release a full length album, “Breakfast”, due out January 2012.
