This year, we had the privilege of working with Samsung on a one-of-kind 12-screen media wall in the heart of the Austin Convention Center that stopped the foot traffic in the busy halls with its vibrant displays of tweets, check-ins and photos from around the convention. Over the last few weeks, the JESS3 team has worked closely with Samsung and various social networks to get the most accurate numbers surrounding SXSWi and we are proud to present this infographic which showcases the best of what SXSWi 2011 had to offer.
Inside the handy infographic, you’ll also find the top 5 most popular locations (unsurprisingly, the ACC itself saw almost 100,000 check-ins over the course of the 5 days conference), the most popular panel hashtags and some of our favorite photos which were uploaded in real time to the media wall and Samsung SXSWi online hub.
