I spent a couple nights in Paris on the way back from Amsterdam

I had been to France as a child a number of times, and when I was eighteen I went on a trip all over Europe with nNick. I fell back in love with France … it’s amazing how the regal architecture inspires so many things. The food is hit or miss … but I can’t deny that they love the ingredients. I saw Ratatouille on the plane back, it was appropriate.
