The Beagle Short Tale Awards, which recognize video as an important emerging marketing technology, were announced this morning and it with great delight that the JESS3 team has seen some of its favorite projects from the past year receive accolades. In 2010, we rolled out our ever-expanded “State of” series with the “State of the Internet” video. Several months later, we rolled out two more dynamic and educational videos: Eloqua’s “Future of Revenue” and Salesforce.com’s “State of Cloud Computing.” Early this year, we released the fourth installment in conjunction with Wikipedia’s 10th Anniversary, “The State of Wikipedia.“
Our work with Eloqua, the “Future of Revenue,” was recognized with three awards: Best Story Telling, Best Video with an Educational Theme and Best Animation. Beagle Research also recognized JESS3 with an award for Best Production for its three “State of” releases in 2010, noting that “while each of these videos is unique (…), the production values are consistently high throughout the work.” It is with great honor that we accept these awards and hope to continue living up to the praises through our video work in 2011.
